About Silly Spaces

Invisible strings made visible. Our silly spaces aim to connect people who might otherwise never meet. Through silly ideas in interesting places, we aim to make people feel safe enough to break the ice with another. What’s more of of an ice breaker than doing something “silly” with another?

It’s not really about forcing friendship but meeting diverse, different people and seeing what comes of it. Building friendship in it of itself is scary & inconvenient and silly spaces are also most definitely that. But in the fun way, where you learn something new with a small group of people and provide your own little spark to whatever silly little thing it is that we do. If the idea is silly, everyone is a newbie and we all in turn can make mistakes and learn together.

The goal is to build a network of safe people that can make it to the spaces and have a laugh together doing unique things every time. But who knows, whatever happens happens. :)
